Shipping Information
We attach great importance to speedy order processing. After your payment is confirmed, the shipment will be made the next business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). We ship with our logistics partners GLS, DPD and DHL, so the package will be delivered to the address you specify within 2 business days after shipping.
Within Germany
For shipping within Germany, Intelligent Digital Services GmbH charges a flat shipping fee of 5.90 €. From an order value of 40,00 €, the delivery within Germany is free of shipping costs except for large devices (see below).
Shipping of large Equipment
Large devices are delivered by us by a forwarding agency. The shipping fee is a flat rate of 39€. The offer: "free delivery from 80€". value of goods we can no longer offer for affected items. In addition, you will be asked to provide your phone number at the conclusion of the order so that the shipping company can contact you.
Orders and deliveries for countries outside of Germany
We ask for your understanding that we reserve the right to check orders / deliveries outside of Germany in advance. Accordingly, we can unfortunately not accept orders from countries other than Germany. To make a delivery including tax checks, please send us an email with the details of the desired products, the address including the country and your name to info@ftemaximal.de. We will try our best to process these requests within 24 hours.
